1st Half Tuition payments are due April 30, 2024.  If payments are not received by this date, your class registrations will be removed and your spot will be given to those on the waiting list. 

2nd Half Tuition payments are due at the Parent Meeting on September 3.  If payments are not received at or prior to the meeting, your students will not be able to attend class until payments are complete. 

*If you need an extension due to circumstances, you must communicate directly to the Treasurers, Jae or Kelli Ekblad, to determine at what date payments will be complete.*

Payments are to be made directly to each tutor or put in a tutor's folder. Please look in the class description for payment options. To mail a check to a tutor, locate the tutor's address in the ESCHEL directory.

Elementary (Grades 1-6)

ESCHEL’s program for elementary students is NOT a cafeteria-style program. Our younger students benefit from participating in all courses for their grade level, allowing for a consistent student population in a classroom atmosphere.  You must select Writing, Art and Phy Ed classes for the registration grade.  If not selected, administration will override.

Please note: Students are welcome to eat lunch from 1:00-1:30 pm either outdoors or in the Art Room.  If students are not registered for an afternoon class, a parent or other adult arranged by parent must be with them starting at 1:00pm to provide supervision.  We have a Lunch Monitor only to generally patrol the lunch room, and to ensure our respectful use of the property.  Students eating lunch at ESCHEL are expected to clean up after themselves. 

Secondary (Grades 7-12)

ESCHEL’s program for junior high and high school students is a la carte, meaning families can choose which classes their students take. However, we strongly encourage families to take advantage of each of the courses offered for their student’s grade level.  Doing so will foster a sense of community and provides academic challenge, giving students a solid foundation for future high school coursework.
